Overall a proficient to virtually nifty experience. Only two recommendations and one complaint. Recommend that the stove vent actually vent outside. Recommend additional lighting in the bathrooms. My just complaint is the vinyl flooring. Cheap quality. Dents, scratches and tears way also easily.

For a suburban home lot it isn't bad. I cant help merely think could could more out of my money past only custom building slightly farther out of boondocks. It is a tract dwelling house so quality is pretty good for the nigh part merely there Is definitely signs of going fast. They did a decent task for drainage on the whole community merely they should take even so put more thought into it because they definitely went the cheap road.

I was nigh upset that as the newer homes are being congenital, less options / upgrades are offered. I mean, seriously, how hard would it have been to put the plumbing in for the water softener? Why was this totally deleted? Now to take this done properly volition exist an additional $1000 that could accept been done cheaper as in previous houses. Why were the brick and stone upgrades deleted? Y'all can see the difference through the neighborhood - and, my house cost $60,000 more. Bad decisions by Centex direction.

This subdivision has three developers, ashton woods, pulte, and centex (centex owned past pulte) Centex is the 'lowest' grade of these iii builders. Quality is good and house has great bones/structure. Where centex missed on the build is the quality of the adroitness. Paint blotchiness, tiled grout in globs, floor trim non in alignment. All minor corrective items but when paying $$$$ quality should however be an area of importance.

I don't have any complaints about the process of having the abode congenital but I practice feel like we were treated like a dime a dozen with the closing procedure and when we listed some issues at closing that needed to exist taken care of, they weren't. We said that dirt needed to be brought in to fill holes in the fence, never happened. We had to buy our ain dirt. We listed dead grass and were told they'd come in and replace them, never happened. Nosotros've had to buy fertilizer and promise that saved some of the dead grass. It'south just sad that the client service doesn't really stick once you've signed the paperwork. Hopefully this is an isolated incident and everyone else gets what'south they demand. ...

The sales process was outstanding and both the sales representative and construction manager were friendly, efficient and responsive. I love the domicile and the neighborhood. The customer service after the sale has been anything merely skillful. I had a major plumbing issue almost immediately after motility in. My yard was dug upwards and almost 3 weeks later on it is still a wreck and I can't get anyone from the customer service section to communicate with me as to when the landscaping volition exist repaired.
